A car you have just bought from a seller in Dublin. A car going back to the main dealer for warranty work. A project car with no test. A car moving with you from Dublin out to Ratoath or Ashbourne. All of them are planned jobs, and a flatbed is the cleanest way to do them.
Why a flatbed
The whole car sits on the deck and is strapped down by the wheels, so nothing turns on the road. That suits low cars, automatics, four-wheel drives, electric cars and cars that will not start. It also means no extra miles on the clock.
Which road
Most runs between Meath and Dublin use the M3, the N2 or the M1, depending on where the car starts and where it is going. You do not need to plan the route. Give us the two addresses and we work it out.
How the price is worked out
Our towing price is a call-out from €150, then €2 a kilometre to the destination. So the distance from, say, Trim to a dealer in north Dublin is what makes the difference. We tell you the total on the phone, before anything is loaded.

Getting the car ready
- Have the keys and the locking wheel nut key to hand
- Take out valuables and anything loose
- Tell us if the car will not start, will not roll or has the steering locked
- Warn us about a low ride height or a deep front lip, so the ramp angle can be planned
- Agree who will meet the truck at the other end, and their phone number
Responsibility on the way
It is fair to ask any transport company how the car is secured and what happens if something is damaged on the way. Ask us on the call and we will answer straight.
Paying
Card on the phone, a card link by text, or cash.
