The short version: what you tell us is used to quote for the tow and carry it out. That is all.
Who we are
CC Recovery, towing and recovery in County Meath, based in Dunshaughlin. {{html }}
Information you give us
When you call or fill in the call-back form: your name and number, the vehicle registration, the pickup and drop-off places and any notes. Pressing “Add my location”, and then allowing it on your phone, shares your coordinates with us; otherwise nothing about your position is sent.
Why we hold it
To quote, to send a truck, to phone you about the job, and to keep the payment and tax records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your details or hand them to anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
{{html }} When the job, the payment and any legal duty no longer need a record, we delete it.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see your data, fix a mistake in it or erase it. Complaints about how we treated your information can go to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
